"The driver asked us to make our own way to the car park and only came to the terminal when I insisted. This meant he was about 10-15 minutes after the booked time. Also, I thought supplying mŷ flight number meant the driver would monitor landing time and arrive at a reasonable time after it landed but he stuck to the booked time. My mistake, I had allowed more time than necessary to get through Immigration, but other taxi firms do monitor flights. I expect tips to be taken account of in the fare."
